​1. Settings

Configure your daily goals and app preferences in the Settings section.
  • Set daily targets for protein, carbs, and calories

  • Enable/disable notifications and reminders

  • If you don't want to track a specific goal, leave it at 0

2. Food Management

Create and manage your food database to track your nutrition accurately.
  • Add new foods with protein, carbs, and calories per 100g

  • Edit existing foods or create custom categories

  • Plan weekly diets (e.g., "Diet: Monday", "Diet: Tuesday")

Tip: All nutritional values are calculated based on 100g portions. When logging food, enter the actual weight consumed.

3. Personal Profile

Track your fitness progress with body measurements.
  • Record weight, height, neck, belly,  hip measurements and objectives

  • Monitor changes in muscle mass index and body fat percentage

  • Visualize your progress with charts over time

4. Home Screen

Where 90% of your app usage happens. Track your daily nutrition intake.
  • Use the "Add food" button to log foods you consume

  • Filter foods by categories - you can create your own!

  • Use "Finish Today's Log" to complete your daily tracking and start fresh

Pro Tip: Log foods immediately after meals for most accurate tracking.

5. Prepared Foods

Create and save food combinations for quick logging.
  • Combine multiple foods into meals or recipes

  • Automatically calculates total nutrients for combinations

  • Save your favorite combinations for quick access

6. History & Export

Review your nutrition history and export data.
  • View all your daily logs with subtotals in chronological order

  • Export data to CSV for analysis in spreadsheets

  • Logs are filtered by date

  • Change the date of the items in the log to reorganize or fix your history
    Tip: Add food to today's log and change the date to fix your history.

Q: How do I set my daily nutrition goals?
A: Go to the Settings section and enter your daily targets for protein, carbs, and calories.

A: Yes! In Settings, you can enable or disable notifications and reminders according to your preference.

Q: What if I don’t want to track a specific goal?
A: If you don’t want to track a particular goal (for example, carbs), just set its value to 0.

A: In Food Management, you can add new foods by entering their protein, carb, and calorie values per 100g.

Q: Is it possible to edit existing foods or create my own categories?
A: Yes! You can edit foods you’ve already added, and you can also create custom food categories.

Q: Can I plan different diets for each day of the week?
A: Absolutely. You can plan weekly diets, such as “Diet: Monday”, “Diet: Tuesday”, etc.

Q: How are nutritional values calculated?

Q: How is my log history organized?
A: Logs are filtered by date, and you can also change the date of items in your log to reorganize your history.

Q: If I forget to add a food to the log another day, how do I fix this?

A: Go to Home Screen, include the food on today's log. After, go to History page and change the date of the food to the desired date using the Move button.
